Shipping Policy

Orders will not be processed after 1:30pm on Fridays as well as orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays - Orders placed on these days will not be despatched until the next working day

Our working/business days are classed as Monday to Friday. E.g. Orders placed before 1:30pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday at the earliest (all U.K. bank holidays will not be classed as a working/business day). Please note that if your order isn't placed before 1:30pm then there is no guarantee of same day despatch.

If you are not at home Monday to Friday, we recommend arranging delivery to your work address or a neighbour’s address. If we do deliver to you at home and no one is in, our couriers may leave a card telling you about how to collect your delivery. Any unclaimed or undelivered orders will eventually make their way back to our warehouse.

All orders are sent via Amazon Fulfilment or Royal Mail 3-5 day service.

We offer free UK delivery on all UK orders.

 

Next day delivery is not available for the following regions. The fastest shipping available is 48 hour delivery.
