This tablets are easy to swallow and ok flavouring. The pack with the zipper allows me to press and store away each day in any cupboard or space. The fact that yheybate high strength makes them good value for moneh and they act very quickly in terms of health benefits. I use daily and see anbig difference in terms of overall good and heath maintenance of my physical general health.

Seems to help my liver, easy to take

I've been taking these milk thistle tablets for a while now. They're pretty good - easy to swallow and don't have a weird taste. I like that they're high strength and vegan. Can't say for sure, but I feel like my digestion has improved a bit. Nice to have a 3-month supply in one bottle. The tablets are more convenient than the liquid stuff I tried before. Not sure if they're doing anything amazing, but my latest blood tests looked better, so I'll keep using them. Decent price for what you get. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Being both gluten and lactose-free, they suit my somewhat finicky digestive system quite well. Taking one of these daily feels like a step towards better liver health, ideal for someone who enjoys the occasional dram of whisky on a Scottish hillside. The tablets are small, with a rough texture, but they're surprisingly easy to swallow. Both my wife and I have felt slightly more energised since starting this regimen, particularly after our mountain biking and weekend hikes. However, it’s worth mentioning they do have a bit of a medicinal aftertaste, which might not appeal to everyone. In the bigger picture, a bit of an aftertaste is a small trade-off for the benefits they seem to offer.
